I recently purchased a 2020 Fountain 38CC. The entire experience from initial contact to hooking up the boat for the journey home was the most exceptional experience I have ever had. The sales representative, Clark McCollum, took a personal interest in me and assisted me every step of the way. He was always available to discuss questions and concerns day and night and weekends. He coordinated every detail of gettng the boat ready and assuring it was in BEST condition. The closing process was simple and painless. Their finance manager, Lori Vaughn, was also very personable and helpful. She made the financial process very easy and pleasurable. The sea trial was very educational and focused on the nuances of the character of the boat, trim and control. Throughout the entire facility all staff treated me with respect and were very polite and helpful. I have never had a better experience buying anything. Although St. Petersburg, FL is a long drive to Orange Beach, AL it was well worth it. I brought a beautiful boat home with the confidence that it was ready to go and a satisfied feeling that Grander Marine took care of me. AMAZING !!! Where to even start .. Cant honestly thank Clark from sales enough for the hard work and attention he gave to the sale/purchase of my Baja. This was NOT an easy sale and he made it all happen right from Marine survey inspections to mechanical inspections and minor work I had requested. There was never an issue, and the boat was loaded and delivered all the way to my home in Alberta Canada. I have no idea what he gets paid but its not enough he does a fantastic job with unbelievable costumer service. My only major issue is not having enough cash to buy another boat off Clark the service was just that good. Honestly buy with confidence from this dealership and most especial Mr. Calrk McCullom.
